Job Summary: This role involves providing critical technical support for an advertising platform, focusing on resolving complex partner-facing escalations. You will investigate and troubleshoot a variety of ad tech issues, collaborating with engineering teams to drive solutions. The position requires a deep understanding of ad technology fundamentals and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving product bugs and workflow challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex technical issues for external ad partners.
- Analyze logs and replicate problems for deeper investigation.
- Communicate technical resolutions and status updates to partners.
- Develop expertise in the advertising product suite and infrastructure.
- Escalate product bugs and advocate for partner-impacting fixes.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in the Ad Tech industry.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex ad-serving and programmatic issues.
- Experience communicating directly with external partners in a technical capacity.
