Software QA Automation Engineer - Remote - Remote Eligible

Develop and contribute to a full product life cycle. As an SDET, you will be part of a scrum team. Working to support high-quality practices, plan and build functional, integration, system, and acceptance tests, both manual and automated. You'll be a key part of the team responsible for testing Guardicore's AI Platform.

In this role you will be:

• Scoping out comprehensive test plans based on design requirements and code changes.
• Automating functional, integration, e2e, and scale testing techniques using PyTest.
• Investigating and analyzing root causes of technical issues and bottlenecks.
• Setting up test environments, maintaining, enhancing, and developing test tools and automation frameworks.
• Creating and applying new approaches and concepts, including AI, to improve the productivity and efficiency of testing practices.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a solid QA testing experience and an excellent understanding of Automation Frameworks, Data Structures, Big Data, and Computer Networks.
• Have excellent debugging/troubleshooting skills.
• Have proficiency in Python, shell script, SQL, and REST API programming languages, and exposure to working in Unix/Linux.
• Have exposure/interest working with internet technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc, and be passionate about solving large-scale distributed systems.
• Demonstrate experience in testing of Backend Distributed systems.
• Have experience with Kubernetes, Jenkins\GitHub Actions, ArgoWF, Clickhouse, S3, Kafka, Terraform, Kibana, and Grafana.
• Have experience working with AI tools such as Co-Pilot or Clude-code.
