Requirements

Operating System Administration: Understanding and experience with various operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, and the ability to configure, update, and manage them.

Network Protocols and Services Knowledge: Understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP and experience in setting up and maintaining network services.

Monitoring and Diagnostics: Ability to use monitoring and analysis systems to detect anomalies and solve problems in the infrastructure.

Cloud Services Architecture Knowledge: Understanding of the concepts and components of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Computer Equipment Maintenance: Methods of working and rules for the operation, repair, configuration, diagnostics, and maintenance of computer and office equipment.

Information Security: Knowledge of the principles and methods of information protection, including antivirus programs, firewalls, authentication systems, and access control.

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing the information and network systems, computer equipment, and services in the organization.

Providing technical support to users, including resolving their requests and problems.

Implementing and updating new technologies and solutions that improve the performance and efficiency of information systems.

Interacting with other departments and teams to ensure best practices in the field of IT and solve joint tasks and projects.

Monitoring the operation of systems, identifying and solving problems, using monitoring systems to detect anomalies.
