That is why the QA Department at Ajax Systems accompanies the product both at the development stage and in the production and further development process. They detect bugs in hardware, software, or system interactions. It is not just a team of "clickers," it is creative engineers. They test new devices in various extreme conditions: simulate movements of people and animals, recreate complex weather conditions, temperature drops, arrange controlled fires and floods.

Required knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge of testing theory;
• Ability to apply test design techniques in practice;
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and the testing process (STLC);
• Experience with business requirements, technical tasks (Tz) or user stories;
• Experience with bug tracking systems (JIRA) and documentation (Confluence);
• Experience with test documentation (TestRail or similar tools);
• Skills in analyzing application logs;
• Basic understanding of client-server architecture and API principles;
• Analytical abilities and attention to detail;
• Ability to not only find defects but also determine their root causes;
• High level of self-organization, responsibility, and communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team and effectively interact with developers and analysts.
