Our company is actively developing. Therefore, we are always looking for active people. We are steadily expanding our capacities and, accordingly, our team. We are currently looking for an L2 Automation Technical Support Engineer.

The Automation Department is responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of testing systems for electronic devices manufactured at our production facilities in various countries.

The L2 team is the second line of technical support that helps resolve manufacturing incidents that occur during the manufacturing/testing of devices.

Since our production facilities are located in different time zones, support involves interacting with teams in different time zones and the possibility of on-call shifts on a separate schedule in the future.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Jira boards with incidents and performing tasks of L2 support level.
• Interaction with L1 teams (technical department at factories) and R&D.
• Analysis of incidents, participation in root-cause investigations, and formation of bug reports.
• Maintenance and updating of documentation in Confluence, analysis of EazyBI/Power BI reports.
• Communication through internal channels (Telegram, email) and participation in manufacturing syncs.
• Gradual immersion in the processes of testing devices, manufacturing data analytics, and support standards of the AUT department.

Requirements:

• Experience in technical support/manufacturing environment will be a plus.
• Ability to work with Jira/Confluence.
• Analytical thinking, autonomy, and responsibility.
• Developed empathy and situational leadership—ability to remain effective in stressful or uncertain situations.
• Knowledge of English from B1.
