It is a whole ecosystem with 180 devices, mobile and desktop applications, server infrastructure. Every year we demonstrate multiple growth in both team size and the number of users worldwide. Currently, the company has more than 4,100 employees. Ajax sensors protect 3.5 million users in more than 187 countries worldwide.

For the development of devices, Ajax R&D is responsible, which consists of four departments: System, Device, Automation, and QA. Security systems have increased requirements for reliability and stability of operation. That is why the QA Department in Ajax Systems accompanies the product both at the development stage and in the production process and further development. They detect bugs in hardware, software, or system interactions. It is not just a team of "clickers," it is a creative engineering team. They test new devices in various extreme conditions: simulate movements of people and animals, recreate complex weather conditions, temperature drops, arrange controlled fires and floods.

We need a person in the team for device quality assurance in Kyiv.

Tasks:

• Improve the quality of our hardware products (wired and wireless cameras, video calls, and video recorders).
• Analyze the testing requirements for devices and their operating system.
• Prepare checklists, test cases, and test plans.
• Not just find bugs, but use logs, debugging, and external manifestations to determine the reasons for these bugs.
• Conduct research on the operation of devices and their operating system.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Basic knowledge of electronics, physics, and circuit technology.
• Knowledge and understanding of the theory of testing.
• Documentation: compiling test cases, user scenarios, and checklists.
• Ability to properly describe bug reports and manage the bug lifecycle.
• Technical education.

Plus:

• Basic knowledge of network technologies.
• Command line skills.
• Experience in signal analysis (logic analyzer, oscilloscope).
• Knowledge of the UART interface.
