Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Previous experience in logistics, shipment planning, or warehouse management;
• High proficiency in MS Excel;
• Analytical mindset;
• Stress resistance and ability to work in a multitasking environment;
• Developed communication skills;
• Experience with CRM, ERP, Jira, Google Workspace;

Responsibilities:

• Distribution of available finished products to customer orders;
• Analysis of finished product stocks;
• Determination of the need for finished product production in terms of product characteristics and sales region;
• Communication with the sales team regarding order statuses and their priority;
• Setting tasks for assembling / assembling finished products for subsequent shipment to customers;
• Performance of key KPIs (Lead time).

Plus:

• Experience with Power BI;
• Experience with SAP.
