We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Supply Coordination) for our Supply Chain Department, with the main focus on ensuring timely coordination of orders from our customers.

Tasks for the position:

• Distribution of available finished products to customer orders;
• Analysis of the remaining finished products;
• Determination of the need for the production of finished products in terms of product characteristics and sales region;
• Communication with the sales team regarding the statuses of order closures and their priority;
• Setting tasks for the assembly / collection of finished products for subsequent shipment to customers;
• Performance of key KPIs (Lead time).

You should apply for this vacancy if you:

• Have previous experience in logistics, shipment planning, warehouse management;
• Are an experienced user of MS Excel;
• Are stress-resistant and multi-tasking;
• Have good communication skills.

It will be a plus:

• Experience working with 1C or SAP;
• Experience working with Power BI.
