Job Summary

Work as a supervisor and approve installation work, quality control, find installation methods, coordinate with customers and sales, support customers outside the area, and related work.

Job Description

1. Perform duties during the time from 08:30 to 20:00 (working in shifts, 8-hour shifts)

2. Determine the number of shifts, 2 or 3 shifts, as appropriate for the workload

3. Check and approve the installation of line according to the specifications

4. Check and approve the installation with Splitter 3

5. Find ways to install to achieve the goal

6. Coordinate with customers to provide information or find ways to install together

7. Check the quality of installation work after installation to meet the standard

8. Support sales channels or verify routing to find ways to install for customers outside the area to provide service

9. Perform other duties as assigned related to installation work

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer business, IT, or related fields, or direct experience in related fields

2. 0-2 years of experience in coordination and customer service or broadband internet

3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office

4. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

5. Able to work in shifts and work directly on holidays

6. Passed military criteria, no military obligations

7. No criminal record
