1. Service Design Planning for New/Strategic Service
Coordinate with relevant departments, plan, design, and prepare communication with customers in various channels, including customer handling and FAQ, according to the assigned project, following the project's objectives.
2. Enhance Service & Product
Study and gather data on customer pain points and top complaints to develop new service designs and improve existing services, coordinating with relevant departments to achieve better customer experiences.
3. Customer Handling
Review end-to-end customer handling affected by various networks and services, working with product owners and relevant departments to prepare for AIS Touch Points and customer care strategies, including communication via SMS, IVR, USSD, web, statement, letter, and Q&A, following the project's objectives.
4. Communication and Wordings
Review the process and wording for customer communication in various channels, including SMS, MMS, email, eBill, letter, and receipt, working with product owners and relevant departments, following the project's objectives.
