Job Summary: Develop knowledge and skills for Retail shop staff, Supervisor, and Manager (AIS, AIS Partner, and Outsource) with training formats that include Classroom and Digital Learning, aligned with the company's Cognitive Tech-Co policy.
Job Description:
1. Design and develop training programs for Retail Shop employees including basic courses like Functional Skills, Service Skills, PDPA, AIS Fibre, Device and Gadget, Sale Skill, and specialized courses like Digital Life Expert, Digital Life Guru, Professional Lobby Manager.
2. Design and implement strategic company training programs such as SAP S/4HANA, 3BB (One Brand), and Shop Experience Enhancement Program.
3. Develop and manage the competency assessment process for Shop Staff, Supervisor, and Manager (AIS, ASP, Telewiz, AIS Buddy Exclusive, and 3BB).
4. Create and manage digital learning media including e-Learning, VDO Clip, Podcast, Infographic, VR Training, Gamification, and expand new learning channels that are accessible and suitable for all generations.
5. Develop knowledge for customers (Customer Edutainment) including organizing Digital Workshops, AIS 360 channel, learning media through social media, promoting the use of myAIS, and creating engagement with customers.
6. Select employees with the right skills and knowledge to work in AIS Shop and ASP.
