Job Summary: Be a sales consultant for products and services in AIS Retail Shop and online sales channels. Help resolve various issues for customers correctly and build maximum trust in AIS services.
Job Description:
1. Be a sales consultant for company products and services for customers using services both in AIS Retail Shop and online sales channels.
2. Recommend, check, and fix initial problems of using smart phones and other company products and services.
3. Provide help to customers in the store or online and manage arguments creatively to create maximum customer satisfaction.
4. Accept product payments and recommend payment methods through application to customers correctly.
