Job Description
1. Act as a sales consultant for company products and services for customers in AIS Retail Shop and online sales channels. 2. Recommend, check, and fix initial problems with smart phones and other company products and services. 3. Provide assistance to customers in-store or online and manage disputes creatively to create maximum customer satisfaction. 4. Collect payments for products and services and recommend payment methods through application.
