- Provide advice and recommendations on using smartphones and applications
- Present company products, promotions, and services to suit customers
- Support and assist customers in the store or online, and manage arguments creatively while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
Qualifications
1. Age not exceeding 30 years, no gender restriction
2. Bachelor's degree (field unrestricted)
3. Good personality, confident, and expressive
4. Good interpersonal skills, love for service work
5. Excellent product presentation and customer persuasion skills
6. Good problem-solving skills
7. Good communication skills in English or other languages
8. Work 5 days a week (rotating days off)
