Job Description:
1. Consultant for company sales and services to customers in AIS Retail Shop and online sales channels.
2. Recommend, check, and fix initial issues of using smart phones and other company products and services.
3. Provide assistance to customers in the store or online, and manage arguments creatively to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
4. Accept payment for products and services and recommend payment methods through application to customers correctly.
