Job Description
1. Consultant for company products and services for customers in AIS Retail Shop and online sales channels.
2. Recommend, check, and fix initial issues of using smart phones and other company products and services.
3. Provide customer support in the store or online and manage disputes creatively, while maximizing customer satisfaction.
4. Collect payment for products and services and recommend payment methods to customers correctly.
