Job Summary: Be a sales consultant for products and services in AIS Retail Shop and online sales channels. Help solve various problems for customers correctly and make customers have the highest trust in AIS services.
Job Description:
1. Be a sales consultant for company products and services for customers who use services both in AIS Retail Shop and online sales channels.
2. Recommend, check, and fix initial problems of using Smart Phone and other company products and services.
3. Provide help to customers in the store or online and manage arguments creatively to create maximum customer satisfaction.
4. Accept payment for products and services and recommend payment methods through Application to customers correctly.
