Job Summary: Consultant for sales and services in AIS Retail Shop and online sales channels. Also, help resolve various issues for customers to the highest satisfaction of AIS services.
Job Description:
1. Consultant for sales and services of the company to customers both in AIS Retail Shop and online sales channels.
2. Recommend, check, and fix initial problems of using smart phones and other company products and services.
3. Provide assistance to customers in the store or online and manage arguments creatively to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
4. Collect payment for products and services and recommend payment methods through application to customers correctly.
