1. Consultant for company products and services for customers in AIS Retail Shop and online sales channels.
2. Recommend, check, and fix initial issues of using smart phones and other company products and services.
3. Provide assistance to customers in the store or online and manage disputes constructively to create maximum customer satisfaction.
4. Accept payment for products and services and recommend payment methods through application correctly.
