Job Summary: Be a sales consultant for products and services in AIS Retail Shop and online sales channels, including resolving various issues to provide the best customer service experience for AIS.
Job Description:
1. Advise on the sales of company products and services to customers both in-store and online. 2. Recommend, check, and fix basic issues with company smartphones and other products and services. 3. Provide assistance to customers in-store or online and manage disputes constructively to maximize customer satisfaction. 4. Collect payments for products and services and recommend payment methods to customers correctly.
