Job Summary:

Deputy Editor, Sport Content AIS PLAY (รอง บก.บห.)

Job Description:

-Assist in shaping editorial direction, developing in-depth daily sports content, and delegating assignments within the team.

-Collaborate with the chief editor to craft comprehensive weekly and monthly content plans.

-Co-develop departmental structures and coordinate with other divisions to ensure seamless operations.

-Work closely with communications, public relations, marketing, technical, and design teams to achieve shared objectives.

-Utilize strategic analysis tools, such as SWOT and the 7S Framework, to guide planning and execution.

-Exhibit advanced analytical skills to monitor, assess, and optimize content strategies, ensuring editorial consistency.

-Evaluate engagement and devise effective strategies for content delivery and monetization.

-Possess a thorough understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and Facebook platform management.

-Maintain deep knowledge of the Premier League, Thai football, and a broad array of sports, staying abreast of industry trends to align with AIS PLAY's vision.

-Excel in communication, storytelling, and data analysis, with the ability to distill complex sporting events into compelling narratives.

-Demonstrate foundational skills in hosting, online presenting, and sports commentary to diversify content formats.

-Operate independently as a one-person journalist when required.

-Create in-depth content, write articles and news, and translate foreign-language materials into Thai with proficiency.

-Capably shoot and edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Edius, and Capcut.

-Skilled in using Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and Canva for content presentation.

-Effectively utilize AI tools to streamline editorial processes.

-Monitor live sporting events in real time, synthesizing and communicating key narratives across AIS social media in an accessible manner.

-Willing to work evenings and late nights, particularly on weekends, to accommodate live match schedules (e.g., Premier League, Thai League from 17:00–02:00).

-Leverage professional networks to collaborate with news sources, athletes, sports executives, media, and influencers for content creation.
