Job Description
Strategic Partnership: ทำงานใกล้ชิดกับผู้บริหาร/หัวหน้างาน เพื่อกำหนดกลยุทธ์ HR ที่สอดคล้องกับธุรกิจ (Business Strategy)
Workforce Planning & Analytics: วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลบุคลากร วางแผนกำลังคน และดูแลการสรรหา (Talent Acquisition)
Performance & Compensation: ดูแลระบบการประเมินผล (Performance Management) และบริหารค่าตอบแทน
Employee Engagement & Development: สนับสนุนการพัฒนาทักษะ (Learning & Development) และสร้างความผูกพันในองค์กร
