Job Summary: Manage and oversee team to achieve sales targets each month. Summarize and present monthly sales reports.
Job Description:
Responsibilities: Provide leadership to direct sales team. Set direction and goals for direct sales teams. Coach and develop sales representatives on sales skills. Ensure timely feedback reporting to management. Maintain good relationship with internal departments such as marketing, product development, customer service, finance etc. Implement sales strategies/campaigns which are developed by Marketing. Work closely with Market Insights Analyst to identify trends and opportunities within assigned area. Prepare and present periodic progress reports to senior management. Keep abreast of new technology and techniques affecting sales function.
Qualifications: University degree in business administration or equivalent. Minimum 5 years' experience managing a direct sales force (10+ years overall sales experience preferred). Experience in telecommunication industry would be an asset. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to motivate, coach and develop employees. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Highly computer literate – MS Office Applications.
