Job Summary: Prospecting and cold calling of potential customers in the assigned territory; identify opportunities for cross-selling other services where appropriate; maintain accurate records of all customer contacts and sales activities in our CRM system; keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities in your area; ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Field Business Development Manager (FBB). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new customers through direct sales efforts within assigned territories. This role requires a strong understanding of telecommunications products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage with clients in order to identify their needs and present relevant solutions.

Responsibilities: Identify opportunities for business growth within assigned territory; develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targeted objectives; build relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations; conduct thorough assessments of customer requirements; present innovative solutions tailored to meet specific client needs; manage negotiations to ensure favorable terms and contractual agreements; ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout all stages of the sales process.

Qualifications: Proven track record of success in outside sales roles; strong knowledge of telecommunications products and services; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues alike; solid negotiation skills with attention to detail; highly organized and self-motivated individual who thrives on challenges; proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
