Job Summary

Work as an installation coordinator, document checker, coordinator, and customer support. Verify orders, support 3BB wholesale work, and perform other assigned installation tasks.

Job Description

1. Work during the time from 08:30 to 19:00 (shift work, 8-hour shifts).

2. Determine the number of shifts, 2 or 3, based on workload.

3. Verify application documents to meet Marketing & Fraud conditions.

4. Coordinate technicians to perform installations according to appointment schedules.

5. Coordinate and confirm rescheduled appointments with customers.

6. Offer special conditions to persuade customers who cancel appointments.

7. Support changes in customer and service information during installation.

8. Verify orders after technicians complete installations.

9. Support increasing 3BB wholesale work.

10. Perform other tasks related to installation as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, business computing, IT, or related field, or direct relevant work experience.

2. 0-2 years of experience in coordination and customer service or broadband internet.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

4. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

5. Able to work shifts and on days off.

6. Passed military criteria, no military obligations.

7. No criminal record.
