Job Summary

Work as an installation coordinator, document checker, coordinator for technicians and customers, data corrector, order verifier, and support for 3BB Wholesale and assigned tasks.

Job Description

1. Work during the time from 08:30 to 19:00 (shift work, 8-hour shifts)

2. Determine the number of shifts, 2 or 3, as appropriate for the workload

3. Verify application documents to meet Marketing & Fraud conditions

4. Coordinate technicians to perform installations according to appointment dates and times

5. Coordinate rescheduling of appointments and confirm rescheduled dates with customers

6. Offer special conditions to persuade customers who cancel appointments

7. Support changes in customer and service information during installation

8. Verify orders after technicians complete installations

9. Support increasing 3BB Wholesale work

10. Perform other tasks related to installations as assigned

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, business computing, IT, or related fields, or direct experience in relevant fields

2. 0-2 years of experience in coordination and customer service or broadband internet

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office

4. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

5. Able to work in shifts and on holidays

6. Passed military standards, no military obligations

7. No criminal record
