Check customer documents and manage broadband installation orders. Provide clear technical information and guidance to customers. Support the team and report complex issues to the technical department. Develop knowledge and propose service improvement directions. Aim for customer satisfaction and operational efficiency targets.
1. Manage to check customer application documents. 2. Help technicians and customers to install orders and fix any issues they may encounter. 3. Provide accurate information and technical guidance to customers about their broadband services. 4. Manage installation orders, including updates, changes, and issue fixes. 5. Respond to all customer inquiries and support requests clearly and promptly. 6. Report complex customer issues to the appropriate technical team for resolution. 7. Maintain a high level of knowledge about broadband technology and related products. 8. Participate in continuous training and development to keep up with industry advancements. 9. Develop ideas for improving customer support processes. 10. Provide guidance, supervision, and training to the team on operational matters. 11. Offer suggestions and recommendations to management on operational solutions or performance improvement methods. 12. Achieve and exceed operational targets, such as customer satisfaction and SLA management time.
