Job Summary
The role involves overseeing and managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process through various sales channels including Online Store, OMNI AIS, Marketplace, and Point Redemption. It also includes overseeing the acquisition of SIM cards and FBB products to ensure smooth operations, timely delivery, accurate inventory, and adherence to service level agreements. This position requires close coordination with relevant internal teams to ensure efficient fulfillment operations and timely resolution of any issues that arise.
Job Description
- Manage and oversee orders from all channels such as Online Store, OMNI AIS, Marketplace, and Point Redemption, including the process of SIM acquisition and FBB products
- Control and monitor operations to meet service level agreements
- Manage inventory to meet demand
- Conduct stock relocation to suit usage
- Regularly count stock
- Manage and control employee performance daily and monthly to meet plans and objectives
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth operations
- Resolve issues that arise in the fulfillment and delivery process
