Lead Marketing Specialist

Core Knowledge & Skills: Mastery of strategic marketing, consumer behavior, SEO, content marketing, and event orchestration; deep industry knowledge.

Work & Complexity: Leads high-stakes projects; develops innovative strategies and provides executive-level campaign readouts.

Quality & Independence: Sets team quality standards; uses KPIs to assess and improve campaign effectiveness.

Teamwork & Communication: Drives team performance, fosters collaboration, and leads cross-functional and vendor relationships.

Consulting & Engagement: Acts as a trusted advisor; offers tailored solutions and conducts training to enhance organizational marketing skills.

As your initial career assignment, you will support the priorities and vital functions of our shared services teams as a Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns targeting potential customers of, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, social media, paid advertising, and more.
  • Improve our lead-to-customer conversion rate by refining messaging, inbound and outbound programs, and creative.
  • Co-create compelling marketing collateral tailored to various stages of the buyer journey.
  • Build out email campaigns by different segments to engage prospects, build relationships and move leads through the funnel.
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, and operations to develop a coordinated content strategy and campaign execution for both inbound and outbound lead generation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the database ecosystem.
  • Manage allocated marketing budget and identify resources to maximize lead generation performance.
  • Communicate and report on KPIs, campaign performance and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for campaign optimization, and improvement of website traffic, lead quality, lead velocity, and pipeline generation.

Required For This Opportunity:

  • 3- 5+ years of experience developing and executing successful demand generation marketing campaigns in B2B/B2G environments.
  • Hands-on experience working across digital marketing disciplines, including email marketing, SEO, paid online advertising, website optimization, and more.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and on budget.
  • A succinct writer and clear communicator with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Builder mindset who can work individually and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Strong attention to detail. You can dive into the weeds with your team and pick up on the seemingly small, yet important, details.
  • Experience developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns, resulting in measurable lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. Experience with platforms such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.

At AIS, we are committed to offering competitive and fair compensation that reflects the skills, experience, and contributions of each team member. The targeted base salary range for this role is $88,000-$134,000 per year. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
