Missions:

At one of our clients, your missions will be the following:

Client Support:

• Provide technical support levels 2 and 3 for clients (telecom operators and broadcasters).
• Be the main point of contact for clients, manage escalations and follow problems until their resolution.
• Ensure the respect of SLAs (response time, service continuity, resolution deadlines).
• Perform installations, commissioning and on-site training if necessary.

Continuous Improvement:

• Perform preventive maintenance to optimize the quality of service and propose improvements.
• Identify and report problems of design, bugs or reliability defects.
• Write precise reports and document technical knowledge.

Technical environment: Linux, Bash, Python, Perl, NAS, NFS...

You:

• Have had successful experience of more than 2 years on IT client support and you liked it a lot.
• Are recognized for your relationship skills and your acute sense of client listening.
• Have in-depth knowledge of IP networks (protocols, security, analysis tools)
• Have strong skills in shared storage systems: NAS, NFS, etc.
• Can communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.

Location: Rennes

Package:

• 39 K € - 44 K€ gross/year according to profile
• Edenred card (11.50 € / day worked)
