Key Duties:
- Prepare, edit, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, tables, graphs, and other documents using various software applications.
- Maintain, validate, input, audit, and update data, records, manuals, schedules, and technical documents, control distribution of company publications.
- Research and compile data for reports; resolve and respond to internal/external customer inquiries in writing and verbally.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, assist with outgoing calls, and refer customers to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Coordinate travel, appointments, ground transportation, and arrangements for meetings, training sessions, and interviews.
- Liaise with internal and external customers and support departmental staff as needed.
- Verify and process invoices, claims, expenses, third-party billings, and handle cash/cheques and related documentation.
- Build and maintain staff rosters and monitor overtime equalization.
- Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality, even under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Administer and comply with Company Policies, Government Regulations, Collective Agreements, and procedures.
- May perform other related duties as required.
- Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- High School graduation
- Minimum 2 years office experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of aircraft terminology
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in spelling, punctuation and grammar
- Aptitude for math
- Aptitude for accuracy and detail
