✨ About The Role
- Provide technical support to customers who have implemented Airbyte via email and video conference
- Triage, escalate, and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, product, sales, and user support to ensure world-class technical support
- Assist in maintaining internal and external documentation, and support sales teammates in expanding the customer base
- Spearhead initiatives to improve the customer experience and fill organizational/support gaps
âš¡ Requirements
- Experience in customer service or technical support, with a good technical background to understand and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize responsibilities, with a dynamic and positive outlook
- Familiarity with data engineering is a plus, along with experience using Zendesk and Github
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and customers
- Proven ability to think creatively and solve problems by leveraging technical knowledge
