- Experienced software engineer with a deep understanding of multiple databases such as Postgres, MySQL, and SQL Server
- Proficient in advanced SQL skills and optimizing high-performance applications
- Skilled in mentoring junior engineers and improving engineering processes
- Strong ability to influence without authority and work collaboratively with engineers at all levels
- Passionate about continuous learning and improvement, both personally and within the team
