✨ About The Role
- Lead the product marketing strategy for Airbyte, focusing on refining positioning, messaging, and creating materials for website, demand gen, and sales team
- Develop target markets, refine Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and user segments for Airbyte's use cases and solutions
- Collaborate with DevRel and product marketing teams to develop top-down content strategy and customer advocacy strategy
- Oversee product launches, releases, and distribution strategy, working closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Own PR and AR strategy implementation, website enhancement projects, and sales enablement materials

- Experienced in B2B and dev tool product marketing with at least 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong focus on understanding customer needs and challenges to develop effective messaging and positioning
- Collaborative team player with excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Passionate about explaining products through written content and driving product-led growth strategies
