Wing Design Engineer

Job Title

Are you passionate about design? Are you interested in developing Wing structures? Do you like connecting with people and different organizations? We are a team of Engineers who are a mixture of technical specialists and engineering leads and all passionate about finding technical solutions to support AIRBUS products, specifically A220 Wings. We have a vast wealth of knowledge and experience within our engineers who can help you grow technically and personally within this role.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and competences:

• Experience within a Design environment along with a sound engineering knowledge of Manufacturing and Design techniques, procedures and practices.
• Willingness to learn how to propose solutions and solve problems.
• Knowledge and experience of metallic and composite structures.
• Knowledge and experience of design toolsets.
• Experience in supporting concessions is desirable.
• Opportunity to develop IT skills associated with engineering activities.
• Wing Structure knowledge would be advantageous.
• Ability to analyze, propose and solve technical problems.
• Ensure delivery of own tasks whilst adhering to time, cost and quality parameters.
• Excellent communication skills and a drive to deliver customer value and quality.
