We are looking for a Supplier Account Manager to come onboard in our Head of Material Supply & Demand Planning in Laure-Anne Dobbelmann's team: a team of six collaborators! The Supplier Account Manager, is in charge of the overall performance and compliance of suppliers to ensure On Time and On Quality deliveries to our stock & customers.

Your mission:

  • Supply Operations: Ensure global supplier performance on quality, on time to meet ATR requirements.
  • In charge of the Purchase Orders creation, acknowledgment, estimated delivery dates, delay and priority for a dedicated portfolio of Suppliers.
  • Be the focal point and preferred contact with the Supplier to ensure and manage the daily workflow.

Performance Follow-up:

  • Manage & follow the Supplier performance with specific KPIs: OTD, OQD, OTIF (On Time in Full), DOD (Depth of Delay), Discrepancies, Sales orders backlog VS Suppliers backlog.
  • Manage the dedicated SAP & Excel reports for the Supplier follow-up.
  • Manage the relations between Supplier & ATR internal Services for Spares orders.
  • To submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • To set-up operational review meetings with Suppliers in order to monitor performances and address open issues.
  • Performing regular industrial assessment at the Supplier facilities - Gemba walk.
  • To support Procurement teams to settle Procurement disputes.

Crisis Management:

  • Be the focal point to manage the Supply Chain crisis for a dedicated portfolio of Suppliers.
  • Provisioning follow-up through 'Line of Balance', Shortages Management & dedicated weekly 'Crisis' meetings.
  • Catch information & updates from the Suppliers and share them with our internal Customers: Front Offices, Vendors, Procurement… + update the ERP.
  • Participate as Supply Chain representative to the dedicated internal 'Task Forces' associated to the portfolio of Suppliers.

Continuous improvement:

  • Lead transversal projects (Supply and related to IT Dpt.)
  • Develop and analyze performance reporting in order to improve the Inventory Supply Activities

About you:

  • Graduated in logistics, business, or commerce, with minimum of 3 years experiences
  • Expected skills:
    • Experiences: Supply Chain and/or negotiation
    • Languages: English (mandatory) – French (fluent) – Italian is a plus
    • Soft skills:
      • Capacity to synthesize and hierarchize
      • Solving problem attitude, positive mindset
      • Ability to challenge the status quo
      • Good communication
      • Capacity to anticipate
    • IT: Professional in Excel, SAP. Power BI will be a plus.
  • This role will involve travels for business
