Head of Services Contracts

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Head of A220 Services Contracts to join our A220 Customer Services team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada).
Your role as Head of the department will be to lead a multidisciplinary team of 10 people driving the negotiation and customization of services contracts and their financial cycle, while ensuring warranty administration and providing support to aircraft sales campaigns through the strategic valuation of support offers.

Your challenges:
- Lead and motivate a team of 10 people across contract management, invoicing, aircraft warranty and sales support;
- Monitor performance levels (On-time/On-quality/On-cost) while maintaining high stakeholder satisfaction;
- Customize and negotiate support and services contractual documents in line with company policies;
- Assess contractual risks and propose mitigation solutions for complex business transactions;
- Manage financial workflows, including invoicing, credit risk definition, and receivables collection;
- Oversee aircraft warranty administration, including technical adjudication of claims and budget management;
- Support aircraft sales by identifying risks and opportunities and valuing support packages for RFPs;
- Drive process harmonization and tool development in coordination with global Airbus entities.
Your profile:
- Educated to degree level in Law, Business, or a related discipline;
- Minimum of ten (10) years of solid experience in the aviation industry;
- At least 3 years of experience in people management;
- Fluent in French and English (written and verbal), for international negotiations;
- Proven ability to negotiate and draft complex contractual templates and clauses;
- Strong transverse leadership skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels;
- Analytical mindset capable of combining attention to detail with business pragmatism;
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Travel Required: Approximately 15% Domestic and International.
