Protege Program Within Airbus Malaysia

Opening Application for Protege Program within Airbus in Malaysia. This program is for Malaysian fresh graduates only, as mandated by Malaysian Government.

Kindly note this application is for Customer Care Centre Department based in Airbus Customer Services (Sepang).

  • Supporting BSO on the Airbus Operating System (AOS) KPI Tree & performance Management Brick by launching appropriate actions to meet the expectation level.
  • Supporting BSO in all the SBCB activities and team members in Asia Pacific including 1 trainer.
  • Familiar with the coordination of KPI input and generation at all worldwide sites.
  • Familiar with the headcount and budget monitoring activities.
  • Understand the yearly financial allocation and actual spending.
  • Familiar with the end to end process & liaise with Finance for team productivity for invoicing purposes.
  • Maintain the SBC regional operations dashboard / KPIs and associated actions follow up and closure.
  • Support BSO in the SBC regional operations projects and to ensure the continuous improvement.
  • Identify / Ensure Benchmarking and share best practice and propose a way forward within the AMSB administrative frame.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's Degree and/or Fresh Graduate
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder with minimum CGPA of 3.0
  • Applicant must be unemployed after graduation or employed but salary is not par with the market rate.
  • Malaysian citizen, 30 years old and below (at the point of application)
