Propulsion Mbse Systems Engineer

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Propulsion Mbse Systems Engineer to join our Propulsion Engineering Center based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing innovative digital solutions to transform the way aircraft propulsion systems are designed and developed. As part of the Mbse Propulsion Engineering team, you will contribute to the implementation of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods and digital tools across Airbus, engine manufacturers, and suppliers, ensuring alignment with each project's specific needs.

Your challenges:

• Contribute to the MBSE strategy, identify use cases, and support the deployment of MBSE tools.
• Implement and maintain generic MBSE models for aircraft propulsion systems.
• Promote MBSE practices and coach design teams on methodology and tool usage.
• Monitor project deliverables, ensuring high technical quality.
• Capture and share lessons learned to continuously improve MBSE frameworks.

Your boarding pass:

• Academic background in Engineering with focus on aircraft systems or propulsion.
• Strong background in Systems Engineering / Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), ideally in aircraft or propulsion domains.
• Experience with modeling tools (e.g., Matlab Simulink, Cameo, Capella, UML/SysML-based tools).
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills in multidisciplinary environments.
• Advanced English and intermediate French required.
