Internship Opportunity At Computadoras, Redes E Ingeniería, SA

This internship is a six-month placement with Computadoras Redes e Ingeniería S.A., (CRISA) offering a monthly stipend of 500.00€. The internship will involve five hours per day in the morning shift. The program is located at Torres Quevedo, 9 (PTM) Tres Cantos (Madrid), Spain.

The training plan includes the following objectives:

• Support tasks within the Human Resources department
• Documentation and tracking of KPIs as part of project evolution
• Learning about HR processes and projects:
• Early Careers: managing tasks directly with FUE to ensure the implementation of the Early Careers process
• Publishing internship needs – coordination with companies
• Recruitment
• Selection
• Assistance at talent marketing events
• Management of documentation
• Special sessions with students
• Employment Marketing Actions

The ideal candidate profile includes:

• Graduation in Labor Relations, Law, or Business Administration and Management
• Technical qualification in Gender Equality Promotion or Administration and Finance
• Office tools
• Organizational and communication skills
• Proactivity

Desired knowledge includes:

• Basic concepts of HR
• B2 level English

The projects to participate in include:

• Employment Marketing and Early Careers
• Communication and Change Management
• HR Digitalization
