Process Performance Engineer (F/H)
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Process Performance Engineer (F/H) to join our FAL's Services team based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team that develops services for the FAL's. Within the support functions of the FAL's Service, you will be involved in performance management activities aimed at controlling our recurring and non-recurring costs.

Your challenges:
- Implement the performance management system of the unit
- Implement the CVAT (Customer Value Added Time)
- Ensure the expected maturity level of AOS (Airbus Operating System / Lean Management)
- Create and manage a Gantt chart.
- Create and maintain standard line balancing and thus enable the control of the production pace.
- Monitor manufacturing performance and propose improvements based on the analysis of deviations.
- Reduce inefficiency by identifying, analyzing and reducing white space / red space.
- Improve the time allocated to processes and series through the analysis of Added Value / Non-Added Value and the workshop observation process.
- Translate industrial requirements in terms of design and supply chain.
- Evaluate the industrial impacts of modifications.
In addition, depending on the scope, the Process Performance Engineer will:
- Update the Standard Time Value (STV) database (including the non-conformity process).
- Verify the adherence to the STV golden rules.
- Define/update the method/process/AOS bricks related to STV/SLB (Standard Line Balancing).
- Define/maintain the digital tool for STV/SLB.
- Ensure the right level of skills of users/stakeholders on STV/SLB.
- The trainer evaluates the end user on the use of STV/SLB.
- Support the Industrial Architect for the analysis of the evolution of the implementation.
