Obsolescence Management Engineer - (H/F)

Within the Aerospace Business Unit, in the context of managing obsolescence and in addition to various requests related to obsolescence for all programs combined, you will need to carry out the following tasks:

• Organization of cross-functional meetings with the MFT (BE, Support, Program, Purchasing, etc.)
• Active participation in obsodays (meeting dedicated to obsolescence with suppliers)
• Regular exchanges with suppliers on their management of obsolescence
• Follow-up on the progress of obsolescence being processed
• Follow-up on Change board
• Update of the obsolescence database
• Reporting + edition of KPI

Are you our future talent?

You hold an engineering degree in Electronics, Electrotechnique, Mechanics, Materials or generalist, and you have initial experience in the environment of Airbus Helicopters in the procurement or supply sector that has allowed you to acquire the following skills:

• Autonomy, time management, project management, communication, synthesis skills.
• Ability to work urgently with short deadlines.
• Ability to temporize your response to seek information.
• Rigorous work organization.
• Like to search for information in the documentation and from your professional network.
• Knowledge of change processes and AH tools

You have significant experience in the supply chain in the Aerospace industry.

Technical skills expected:

• Logistics
• Industrial and production flows
• Notions of MCO, PBH, RBH …
• Agile with AH tools: SAP, Windchill, B-Flow, TOM (Tool for Obsolescence Management), MS Office, GSuite
• Knowledge of change processes (ECR, ECP, AMS, RR,…)
• Leadership and communication in a transnational environment
• English advanced needed
