Engineering graduate/post-graduate
Working closely with Leads/Product Owner to analyze, assess and understand business needs and translate such into IT solutions
Maintaining IoT and Big Data platforms via high-available, scalable, secured, monitored systems and services
Hands-on experience on Git, Shell Scripting or Python
Knowledge about Incident, Problem, Change Management and Knowledge Management
High level of energy, strong drive & ability to adjust to changing priorities
High customer focus and proactive stakeholder management
Experience with designing and implementing CI/CD and Pipelines will be an added advantage
Experience on the DevOps services like GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, etc. would be a plus
Experience on Linux or Unix environments
Knowledge on some of the following products/tools: Splunk, npm, Maven, Jira/Confluence, etc.
Knowledge on Debugging and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines, identifying build failures, misconfigurations, or deployment issues across various environments
Knowledge on AWS services like EC2, S3, etc…
Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents & trend analysis for proactive measures
Report in Airbus defined template and fill all details
Autonomy with excellent communication skills to work in a multi-functional and distributed team
Provide accessibility and analysis RCA, L2, L3 support
Ability to work on the Service Now tool
Excellent Communication skills- good interpersonal and influencing skills
Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Track issues through to resolution, within agreed timeline
Talk clients through a series of actions, until resolution
Provide accurate and prompt feedback to customers
Prioritise and manage several open issues at one time
Documents technical knowledge in the form of Knowledge base articles
Standardize the quality assurance procedures for software engineering, oversee testing and develop fixes
