Industrial Composites Engineer (all Gender)

In the context of preparing future generations of commercial aircraft, we are looking for an engineer to lead the development and industrial validation of composite technologies.

Your role within the "Future Programs" is to ensure the industrial maturity and feasibility of concepts. You will act as a direct interface with design offices, factories, and external partners.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Piloting industrialization: Manage technological development projects in a complex partnership environment (suppliers, technical centers).
• Specification of means: Define the needs for machines and tooling necessary for the transformation of composite materials.
• Technical validation: Ensure the specification of the need and validate major technical milestones of the development cycle (PDR, CDR, FDR).
• Testing campaigns: Define test plans (physical and process), plan their execution, ensure operational follow-up, and produce analysis and synthesis of results.
• Supplier follow-up: Ensure the good execution of outsourced work lots respecting costs, quality, and deadlines.

We are looking for an engineer with a solid general culture of composite materials and a vision oriented towards the industrial system.

Desired experience:

• Education: Bac+5 (Engineering School or University Master) generalist or materials.
• Composites knowledge: Good general understanding of various composite technologies (draping, baking, assembly) and their manufacturing constraints.
• Industrial means: Ability to dialogue with manufacturers of machines and tooling.
• Project management: Proven experience in project piloting (Project Management), ideally in an international collaboration or partnership context.
• Validation processes: Familiarity with design and industrialization reviews (PDR/CDR/FDR).

Soft skills sought:

• Communication: Excellent structured communication, capable of synthesizing complex technical problems for decision-making.
• Team spirit: Ability to work in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
• Rigor: Analytical and synthesis spirit for the exploitation of test results.
• Customer satisfaction orientation
