Definition and development of avionics and mission system upgrades
Handle and treat all technical queries including answers to customers
Trigger and follow-up corrective actions
Ensure compliance with KPIs
Deliver technical solutions to customers for related in-service issues
Consolidate and analyze in-service data from customers
Support Continued Airworthiness (Part 21 compliance) if applicable
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar technical disciplines
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth
