The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking an In-Service Quality Manager to join our In-Service team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you'll work in conjunction with the Airbus Commercial team based in Toulouse.
You will be part of the Quality team responsible for establishing and ensuring quality system standards.
The team is structured to promote autonomous, cross-functional collaboration, where members support each other and learn collectively.
Your role as an In-Service Quality Manager will be to represent the quality function at the CS (Airbus Canada In-Service Organization) level. You will need to collaborate with CS business partners in a multi-functional environment and master the Quality system to ensure compliance and meet customer needs regarding In-Service Quality.

In this role, you will be required to:
Ensure compliance with TCCA representatives.
Be the In-Service Quality focal point (understanding quality issues, process improvement, and problem-solving).
Maintain and harmonize the integration of the A220 into the Airbus Commercial system.
Be the primary interface for the quality organization within SATAIR and related service organizations.
Liaise between the customer and the organization's functions.
Interface with the executive committee.
Manage complex cross-functional projects.
As the ideal candidate, you have:
A degree in Aerospace Engineering - Production / Engineering Management or an equivalent.
At least 5-10 years of experience in Quality processes.
Strong human relations skills and good stakeholder management: listening, negotiation, conflict management, communication, and intercultural skills in an international context.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional project environment.
A willingness to undergo training in project management methodology.
The ability to perform well when working under pressure and independently.
Demonstrated influence with stakeholders; knowledge of aircraft structure and respective development processes would be a plus.
A mindset of innovation, commitment, and perseverance.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
The ability to propose and implement monitoring processes.

This position may involve business travel (worldwide). Travel required: Occasional travel within Canada and internationally. This position involves frequent business travel and as such, you must be able to travel accordingly. Travel required: 15% domestic and international travel. Possibility of on-call duty during weekends and/or vacation periods.
