Group Manager Employee Digital Services
A position of Group Manager Employee Digital Services has just opened within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Bangalore. You will join the Employee service Team within Digital, fueled by a "CAN-DO" attitude, in full collaboration between Digital & HR; where team spirit and talent expression is of key importance, where end to end accountability and Group wide impact make empowerment and sense of responsibility real.
He/She will act as a leader for the team which manages the entire lifecycle of IT solutions related to the below perimeter (not exhaustive):
- HR data distribution across IT landscape (600+ interfaces)
- HR data distribution across HR as a business and other Business & Regions (100+ interfaces)
- People authorizations
- Strategic Workforce planning
- Reporting and Analytics (Workday, Skywise, Google, …)
The job holder will have to manage his/her activities within the Agile framework (HIMalaya) in co-responsibility with HR Digital teams (HZD).
In addition, the job holder will:
- Steer digital projects in the scope of Airbus HR Digital framework.
- Contribution in definition & execution of the comprehensive multi-year Corporate roadmap, in line with defined Digital & HR strategy
- Contribution to the local Digital supply chain, make/buy and offshore strategy in line with Digital directives, organize and carry-out activities as per plan.
- Is Accountable for the technical execution and the operational excellence of his/her direct reports (On time, On Quality, continuous improvement…)
- Establishes two-way-dialogue to translate Business Needs against known technical & resource constraints. Meet the operational service level defined with the Business and being an advocate for a culture of continuous improvements & innovation.
- Provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action when it's required.
- Coach, mentor, provide oversight and direction to the team in accordance with the organization's vision, policies and procedures
- Act as intercultural "bridge" between Europe and India

Required skills:
- Engineering graduate with 12+ years of experience in IT Development, Product/Project management experience
- Leadership experience working with people. Strong customer relationship skills.
- Change and transformation mind-set end experience
- Strong Interpersonal skills to be able to Interact & Influence.
- Management skills in Agile environment, SAFe knowledge is be a plus
- Business acumen and customer/value mind-set
- Knowledge of Digital area and Data concepts. Knowledge of the HR environment is a plus.
- Knowledge and working experience in Workday or any relevant SaaS HR application is Mandatory
- Language: English advanced level and French is a plus
