Product And Service IT Manager

A product and service IT manager position has opened at Airbus Defence & Space in Orléans. You will join the TASRF1 department (France Service Centers) which includes 150 employees. This Service Center is supported by the Competence Centers of the Airbus Defence & Space Service Directorate based in Spain. It is located within the Orléans-Bricy Air Base.

The main duties will be:

• Provide IT support (Hardware and Networks) and general infrastructure for the Service Center. Support the employees in their daily missions to support the French A400M.
• Be directly linked with the client, the French Air and Space Force, for all IT and general infrastructure issues.

The holder will perform these functions mainly at the Orléans base, occasionally for other Airbus Defence & Space entities in France. You will be under the management of the IT support manager who will guide and develop your skills. Short business trips are expected (1 to 2 times a month) in France and Spain, so you must be willing to travel accordingly. This position may be subject to on-call duty and shift work.

This position requires a security clearance or eligibility to obtain one from recognized authorities.

You will be responsible for the following main activities:

• Administration and operational implementation of servers, backups, and printers
• Manage user access to various applications in accordance with the applicable rules
• Prepare and write compliance matrices and Security Information Systems Operational Procedures
• Prepare and conduct all meetings related to the local and central IT perimeter
• Create and write IT support center procedure sheets

You have the following education, experience, and skills:

• Multiple knowledge required in IT fields (configuration and installation of networks, servers, printers, and software, etc.)
• Familiar with ADS SAS/SAU IT systems and those of the French Air and Space Force
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the IT field
• Ability to work in a constrained and tense operational environment
• Language skills: French (mandatory), English (advanced)

Spanish (would be a bonus)
