Your mission:
You will be integrated into the team responsible for Ground Product development activities for helicopters.
You will join this team with the following job profile:
Software Detailed Design
Your main tasks will be as follows:
Software Development: Contribute to the design, coding, testing, and debugging of Ground Product software for aerospace applications.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams (hardware, systems) to understand requirements and contribute to solutions.
Verification and Validation: Assist in executing software verification plans, including unit and integration testing, to ensure software quality and reliability.
Documentation: Help create and maintain clear and concise software documentation, including design specifications and test procedures.
Learning and Development: Actively learn and apply industry best practices and standards, including DO-178C, under the mentorship of experienced team members.
Problem Solving: Support the team in investigating and resolving software issues.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience. Relevant internships or significant academic projects in embedded systems are highly valued.
Programming Languages: Strong foundational knowledge of C or C++. Familiarity with Python, Java, Spring Batch, Hibernate/JPA, Angular is a plus.
Technical Foundations:
A solid understanding of fundamental computer science concepts (data structures, algorithms, operating systems).
Exposure to embedded systems concepts is desirable.
Familiarity with software development tools like version control systems (e.g., Git), compilers, and debuggers.
Aerospace Standards: No prior experience with DO-178C is required, but a strong interest and willingness to learn about safety-critical standards is essential.
Language Skills: Advanced level of French and English.
