Flight Physics Engineer
Translate capability needs of Flight Physics into method and tool specifications. Design, develop, and validate Flight Physics methods and tools. Ensure methods development for aircraft Mass Modelling and aircraft weight estimations from geometry and shapes and, multidisciplinary integration of these capabilities to meet technical and user requirements.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Analyze the business context, design and document the solution, present that solution to stakeholders and support the project team with its implementation.
- Ensure strategic alignment of software development activities in terms of process management, methodology, rules and tools (tool chain).
- Conduct feasibility studies in complex, heterogeneous project environments.
- Work closely in a cross functional team, collaborate and foster team spirit.
Your boarding pass:
- Degree in Aerospace/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or equivalent and/or with experience in software development.
- Analytical, creative, and open to learn new technologies.
- Experience in Behavioural Modelling & Simulation and familiarity with requirements specifications.
- Experience with Geometric modelling, Analytical Geometry, Linear Algebra.
- Experience with automation of workflows.
- Previous experience with Python.
- Ability to learn fast, comfortable working in full autonomy.
- Fluent in English.

- Previous experience with languages, such as C++, Java (eclipse RCP), Javascript, etc.
